Welcome to AV Studio. This website is operated by AV Studio LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or ordering creative services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products and Services

AV Studio provides custom printed cups, branded merchandise, apparel, stickers, graphic design services, and related creative products.

Product descriptions, prices, customization options, and availability are subject to change.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products, production limitations, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the appropriate refund.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required according to the terms displayed at checkout or in an approved custom quote.

Additional artwork colors, revisions, expedited services, shipping arrangements, or specialized production requirements may result in additional charges, which will be disclosed for customer approval before being incurred.

3. Custom Artwork Approval

Customers must carefully review all proofs and artwork before final approval.

Approval confirms acceptance of the displayed design, including spelling, layout, artwork placement, and specifications.

After approval and the start of production, changes may not be possible.

AV Studio is responsible for delivering products materially consistent with approved specifications, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, or other materials, customers confirm they have the necessary rights or authorization to use those materials for the requested project.

Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

AV Studio may decline projects involving content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Design Services and Revisions

Design packages include the services and revisions described in the applicable product listing, invoice, or written agreement.

Additional revisions, major concept changes, or new creative requests may require additional payment.

Production-ready or final design files are delivered according to the purchased package.

6. Intellectual Property

AV Studio retains ownership of its original website content, brand assets, templates, and creative materials unless rights are expressly transferred in writing.

Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they lawfully provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing design services does not automatically transfer ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, source files, or third-party licensed elements.

Any agreed transfer or license of final design rights will be governed by the applicable written project terms.

7. Production and Fulfillment

Custom products may be manufactured or fulfilled by approved third-party suppliers.

Production begins according to the requirements of the purchased product or service, including payment and artwork approval when applicable.

Estimated production and shipping times may vary.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Custom-made products and completed creative work may have restrictions on change-of-mind returns and cancellations.

9. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AV Studio LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
