AV Studio — Shipping Policy

AV Studio LLC provides custom branding products, personalized merchandise, and other physical goods through production partners and fulfillment providers.
Order Processing
Processing times vary according to product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and availability.
For custom printed products, production generally begins after the required payment has been received and final artwork has been approved.
Processing and production times are separate from transit times.
Custom Cups & Bulk Orders
Custom PET cups, stadium cups, foam cups, and other printed products may require additional processing because of artwork preparation, printing, quality checks, and production scheduling.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be shown at checkout or communicated through a custom quote when available.
Large orders, specialty printing, and multiple-color artwork may require additional time.
Merchandise & Print-on-Demand
T-shirts, apparel, stickers, and other merchandise may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout or included in a written custom quote.
Free shipping applies only when explicitly offered on an eligible listing, promotion, or approved quote.
Delivery Locations
We ship to destinations supported by our checkout settings and fulfillment partners.
Available shipping methods and rates depend on the delivery address, products, and order requirements.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when supported by the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipment has begun.
Shipping Delays
Carrier disruptions, weather conditions, production issues, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
We will provide updates when significant delays become known to us.
Where a shipping delay triggers legally required cancellation or refund rights, those rights will be honored.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has not arrived when expected, contact:
Provide your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.
Digital Design Services
Digital flyer and graphic design services generally do not require physical shipping.
Completed digital files are delivered through the communication or file-delivery method agreed upon for the project.
